After Gerald Anderson’s recent birthday celebration in Zambales, together with his girlfriend Julia Barretto, the guests allegedly contract the COVID-19 virus.
The event disregarded safety protocols.
According to an article on Tribune, the guests, including the couple’s families and friends–contracted the deadly virus.
One Netizen uploaded a short clip of the event, which showed Gerald, Julia, and their guests not wearing their face masks and shields as part of safety protocols.

Also, a report claimed that the guests didn’t do swab testing before they went to the event. The people also violated the quarantine protocols of mass gathering and social distancing.
Tribune’s source revealed that one guest from Anderson’s side felt sick just days after the event making every guest present at the party undergo swab testing. The results allegedly showed that most of the guests already contracted the virus.
“Marami nahawa dun sa party na ‘yun. Pagkatapos ng ilang araw ‘yung isa dun nagsabi na parang nakakaramdam siya magkakasakit kaya nagpa-test tapos nag-positive kaya nagpa-test din ‘yung iba ayun nalaman andami pala nahawa,” the source said.
The guests who tested positive are coming from the couple’s friends and the Barretto family.
As of this writing, the other guests who allegedly tested positive for COVID-19 are only experiencing mild symptoms and have gone self-quarantined.
