Devon Seron admitted that she’s no longer in a relationship with Bagong Umaga star Kiko Estrada.
In an exclusive interview with Seron in Allan Diones‘s YouTube show 2NYTwithAllanD (2WAD), the 27-year-old actress revealed that even though she and Kiko have split up, they are still on good terms with each other.
“Yes, I’m single. But in good terms naman kami. Okay na man kami. We’re trying to move on,” she said.
Seron mentioned that being single helped her to have more time for herself and to focus on her career.
“I realized na marami pang bagay na mas kailangan ng atensyon. Ngayon gusto ko lang mag-focus sa mga blessings na dumadating sa kin. Of course ito ring ‘Paano ang Pangako?” kase umabot kame ng book 3.
“We’re very happy sa lahat ng mga viewers and supporters namin.”
Seron and Estrada, 25, are rumored to have gone separate ways because of a third party.
Netizens claimed that Estrada cheated on Seron with his Bagong Umaga co-star Heaven Peralejo, 21.
In her Instagram account, Devon also made a cryptic post on what seemed like her response to the third-party rumor.
She posted a photo of clasped hands with smoke coming out of them with the caption, “The tongue may hide the truth, but the eyes never. I asked God for a sign, but I witnessed it for myself.”
Meanwhile, Seron mentioned that she and Kiko are not trying to get back together as they don’t want to force their relationship.
“Ngayon kasi, we don’t want to force things between us. Mas mabuti na ‘yung to give time sa sarili and sa mahabang panahon din na hindi ko naaalagaan ‘yung sarili ko.
“I’m happy na nagkaroon ako ng time with my family, and with my friends.”
Devon Seron starred in the drama series Paano ang Pangako which recently aired its five-hour special finale marathon on April 3 (Black Saturday) from 2-7 pm on TV5.
