Celebrate the Day of Valor with a message of hope from Linya-Linya and Dicta License!
Continuing to support the local music scene, Linya-Linya is collaborating with the Filipino rock band Dicta License for the first time.
The Linya-Linya x Dicta License collab debut features an excerpt from the band’s song Elias which is part of their latest album entitled Pagbigkas.
Salubungin mo ang bagong umaga.
Delivering a message of hope, the shirt design featured Linya-Linya’s interpretation of the song through their signature art style.
“We reached out to Dicta License because we’re fans of their music and of what they believe in. We were definitely excited when they shared their new song because everyone can relate to it,” explains Linya-Linya Creative Director Ali Sangalang.
“We’re all going through something, and just like the song suggests, kailangan nating salubungin– imbes na talikuran– ang mga hamon at pagsubok. Oras na malampasan, sama-sama nating sasalubungin ang bagong umaga,” adds Sangalang.
Linya-Linya, an online channel and merch brand showcasing the Filipino life, has supported local artists and musicians through the years by releasing collab shirts. The brand has worked with the Eraserheads, The Itchyworms, Ebe Dancel, and more.
