Host Tim Yap earns the ire of netizens as they notice his contradicting condition and actions.
Yap flaunted his vaccination, saying that he belongs to the priority group because of his hypertension. As listed by the Interim National Immunization Technical Advisory Group (iNITAG), people with comorbidities fall under priority group A3.
However, while others congratulate him for being inoculated, others can’t help but point out his duality.

As seen in his previous posts on social media, he has been traveling to different places during the pandemic. We know that people with comorbidities are discouraged to go out as they are vulnerable to the virus.
A netizen asked why he kept traveling despite his underlying condition, Yap then said that it is to promote the country’s tourism. However, considering the current health crisis, it is not really the right time to promote the different tourist spots in the country.

Recently in Baguio City, Yap along with other guests including KC Concepcion and Arlene Magalong, wife of Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong were fined for violating COVID-19 health protocols.
The guests of the said party were seen not wearing face masks, shields nor practicing social distancing.
Their venue, “The Manor” also paid a total of ₱9,000 for violating the protocols. The management of the hotel was also forced to write a letter, committing to follow the health protocols, to the licensing division of the said city for the renewal of their permit to operate.
