Singer Geneva Cruz engaged herself with a basher who labeled her as the ugliest among her cousins.
In an Instagram post, the basher pointed out that Cruz had the most partners in the past despite being the ugliest among her cousins.
She replied to the comment advising the basher to stop being jealous as it will make him uglier.
“You sound like a complete idiot.”
After that, the singer shared the said comment on her IG story, addressing the same person.
“First of all, walang pangit sa pamilya ko. Walang pangit na tao. Ugali mo lang ang pangit, which makes you pangit.”
The IG user used a dummy account with no followers and is [obviously] a troll.
The singer also told the basher that he needed a hug.
In her early years in showbiz, Geneva became a target of bashers because of her nose. It pushed her to undergo a nose job at the age of 16, which she recently revealed.

Lately, she realized that people should stop living for other people’s comments.
“To all my fellow Pinays/Pinoys na Pinoy na Pinoy ang ilong… wala kayong kailangang baguhin sa mukha ninyo, dahil maganda na kayo kahit ano pa ang sabihin nila; pero wala ring masama kung may gusto kayong baguhin, basta ito ay talagang kagustuhan ninyo at hindi ng ibang tao.”
Geneva is part of the famous Cruz’s clan in the local entertainment industry with her fellow celebrities- cousins Sunshine Cruz, Donna Cruz, and Sheryl Cruz.
Last year, the Cruzes had their virtual reunion when they collaborate to sing the 2000s hit song Breathless by The Corrs.
