Kapamilya star Vice Ganda could not help but had to shed a tear after recognizing the voice of a mystery singer on It’s Showtime‘s segment Hide and Sing.
The segment is a guessing game wherein a guest player called TagoHula would pick among three singers called TagoKanta who are covered up with personal protective equipment.
The TagoHula must guess who among the singers is a celebrity.
In this particular episode of It’s Showtime that premiered on YouTube on Thursday, May 6, Vice Ganda was moved to tears explaining that he has been missing the person whom he believed was underneath the cloak.

“I miss you,” the comedian tearfully said to the mystery singer.
“Kilalang-kilala ko boses niyan, ‘no. Naloka ako,” he added.
Vice Ganda’s suspicion turned out to be true as the mystery singer was Hashtags member and former It’s Showtime host Wilbert Ross.
Vice Ganda is fond of Ross as the 23-year-old personality previously lived with the comedian and his current partner Ion Perez.
“Kaya pala siya umalis sa bahay!” Vice Ganda said. “Kasi, ‘di ba, sa akin siya nakatira? Tapos biglang umuwi. Siyempre, hindi ko naman siya puwedeng pigilan kung may gagawin siyang mahalaga.”
Vice Ganda said that he and Ion misses Ross a lot saying, “Nalungkot talaga kami ni Ion na umuwi siya. May mga times na nakikita ko si Ion, wala na siyang ka-basketball, siyempre nasa-sad din ako. So lagi ko siyang iniisip.
“Nami-miss namin siya.”
Vice Ganda did not reveal why Ross temporarily stayed with him and Ion.
He also did not say how long Ross stayed with them.
However, Vice Ganda keeps his doors open for Ross and even requested the young artist to come home to them.
“Balik ka na sa bahay, ha! Umuwi ka na.”
Wilbert Ross came to prominence after being a part of the all-male dance group Hashtags. The group is known to have a close relationship with Vice Ganda.
Meanwhile, Vice Ganda and Ion Perez have been together for more than two years now. The comedian previously mentioned that he already considers Perez as his life partner.
