With Agimat ng Agila taking its flight soon, many potential audiences would want to know what they can take away from watching the action-fantasy series.
In the media conference for the highly anticipated GMA Network teleserye, Senator Ramon Bong Revilla Jr. said that the series reminds its viewers about the value of family and the importance of protecting the environment.
“Ang maibibigay natin dito is yung pagmamahal sa pamilya. Habang nabubuhay bigyan mo ng importansya dahil baka dumating yung panahon wala na. Eh, hindi mo na nagawa. Yung mga ganon ba, about kalikasan, about families, yun yung mga ano eh, about takbo ng totoong buhay. We must protect and conserve the environment. Yung Filipino core values no. Yung mga yun, naipakita natin dito yun sa Agimat ng Agila.”
He also added that teleserye offers something new for the younger audience.
“Unang-una sa panahon ng pandemya no, you need a project that will entertain them. Na you can give something new. Sa tingin ko nandito yung elemento na yun. Yung lahat ng hinahanap natin. Like fantasy, action, drama, about family, about yung kung papaano yung puso, takbo ng pelikula, pag-proteksyon sa kalikasan, nandito yun. Sa proyekto natin. It’s all in one.”
For lead actress Sanya Lopez, she echoed Senator Bong’s statement, noting that the value of their teleserye aims to help the younger audience.
“Tama po yung sinabi ni Senator Bong, siguro number one na din, yung pagmamahal nga po talaga sa pamilya. Lalo na sa mga bata ngayon, siguro dapat nila tong mapanood kasi tungkol din ito sa pagpapahalaga sa kalikasan. So sana habang bata pa matutunan na rin nila yun.”
Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr.’s returns to teleserye via Agimat ng Agila, the action-packed series, under the direction of Rico Gutierrez. It has a stellar cast including Michele Dee, Allen Dizon, Elizabeth Oropesa, Edgar Allan Guzman, Miggs Cuaderno, Ian Ignacio, Roi Vinzon, and Sheryl Cruz.
