Kapamilya broadcast journalist Karen Davila defended Mayor Isko Moreno from President Rodrigo Duterte’s rants through her Twitter account on Tuesday, August 10.
Davila praised the Manila Mayor for turning his life around. She noted that Moreno has always been open about his past as a sexy actor.

Davila then added a photo forwarded by the Manila City Government, showing Moreno’s latest achievements.

In his recent public address, Pres. Duterte threw shades at an unnamed local official’s training in governance, referring to it as a call boy’s training.
Meanwhile, Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque refuted claims that the President was referring to Moreno.
“Malacañang refuses to confirm that it was Isko Moreno President Duterte was referring to last night in his remarks about a mayor who he will not allow to distribute ECQ aid. ‘Bilang tagapagsalita, I cannot add doon sa hindi linabas ng Pangulo… I will have to leave it at that.'”
However, in his past interview, Roque has adamantly defended Pres. Duterte from accusations of indecency.
In his public address earlier, Pres. Duterte jested that he molested their household help during his teens.
Moreno has been open about his career as a sexy actor during the ’90s.
In the latest story, Moreno thanked Duterte and announced that Manila City’s cash aid pushes through.
