Kapuso teleserye First Lady continues to earn high ratings as it entered its second airing week!
It premiered on GMA Network on February 14 with a 14.4% rating, second in the rating chart. It then ended its pilot week with 13.7%, maintaining its ranking.
It was able to recover its rating the following week. On February 21, the series earned a 14.5% rating, a point higher than its pilot rating.
The following day, it improved its rating to 14.6%, and it remained in the second spot on the leaderboards.
On February 23, it was still in the number two spot, but its rating dropped slightly to 14.2%. Despite this, it established a 3.5% gap against its rival FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.
In the second week, Melody (Sanya Lopez) continued to face criticisms as she performs her duties as the first lady. She was slammed by Senator Alegra who underestimated her capabilities, pointing out that she knows nothing as a former nanny.
Meanwhile, Atty. Ingrid Domingo (Alice Dixson), the ex-girlfriend of President Glenn Acosta (Gabby Concepcion) gave Melody a piece of advice on how to deal with her political adversaries.
Acosta was then surprised when he discovered that Melody and Ingrid had bonded with each other.
Unfortunately, Ingrid has this hidden agenda to destroy Acosta and Melody. She collaborated with a journalist to gather information about Acosta’s political power. Ingrid is up for revenge against her former lover and his first lady.
