Several social media personalities took to Twitter to share their reactions to Enchong Dee’s surrender for his cyber libel case.
Award-winning writer Jerry Gracio in his tweet said it is high time to decriminalize libel because onion-skinned politicians are abusing it. He also urged reform on the party-list system to ensure that only those marginalized and disadvantaged sectors would be given the congressional seat.
