Bea Alonzo talked about maintaining good health and weight loss during her contract signing and press conference for Beautéderm on March 25.
She revealed that the production team of her project shot in Singapore was disappointed at her for her body figure. This made her realize that she should prioritize her health, including her mental health.
Alonzo shared how she kept herself fit at the age of 34 years.
She shared, “As much as possible, I try to skip rice. I try to exercise as often as possible. As much and possible din, kumakain ako ng tama. Siyempre with the help of detox. Kapag minsan nag-iindulge ako with the food that I like to eat, I know I will be able to detox pa rin. I will keep my body healthy.”
The actress admitted that she became health conscious in her late 20s though she has been having problems with weight loss.
She admitted, “Ever since naman I have been struggling with weight loss. Na-realize ko na dapat gawin siya in a proper manner same as exercise.”
Alonzo was introduced as the newest endorser of Beautéderm. She is the official endorser of its newest product Etre Clair Refreshing Mouth Spray.
