This July 25, the Philippines’ biggest and most trusted broadcast news organization, GMA News and Public Affairs, airs the special coverage of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr.’s first-ever State of the Nation Address (SONA) – “State of the Nation Address 2022.”
Simulcast on GMA and GTV, “State of the Nation Address 2022” is anchored by Pia Arcangel and Atom Araullo.

The special coverage commences with Unang Hirit’s Unang Balita giving viewers an overview of what to expect when PBBM addresses the entire nation to report on its current state of affairs.
In the afternoon, GMA and GTV will both air the speech of PBBM as he lays out his administration’s plans and goals for the next six years.
Viewers can catch the highlights of the SONA as well as the biggest news in and out of the Batasang Pambansa on GMA-7’s flagship newscast 24 Oras and late-night newscast Saksi.

GMA Network’s flagship AM radio station Super Radyo DZBB 594khz and its Super Radyo stations nationwide deliver the biggest news and latest information via “DZBB Special Coverage: State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Bongbong Marcos.” It begins at 5:30 a.m. during “Melo del Prado sa Super Radyo DZBB” and will run until 6:30 p.m. DZBB’s coverage will be simulcast via Super Radyo Cebu, Super Radyo Davao, Super Radyo Iloilo, Super Radyo Palawan, Super Radyo Gen. Santos, and Super Radyo Kalibo from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. On TV, it will be available on Dobol B TV from 5:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.
