On September 25, Idol Philippines Season 2 finalist Bryan Chong promised that he would remain as a Kapamilya.

At the media conference for the Idol Philippines Season 2 Top 5 with the press, including LionhearTV, Chong expressed gratitude to the Kapamilya Network for believing in his talent.

“Ako po, of course, I will stay dahil ang Kapamilya po, sila po ‘yung unang nakakita kung anong merong talento ‘yung kaya kong ibigay. Sila po ‘yung unang naniwala sa akin. Sila po ‘yung unang nagbigay ng chance. And until now, naniniwala pa rin po sila sa akin.

He then declared that he would sacrifice his peace of mind for his career.

“Sacrifice?

As for the possibility of landing an acting project, Chong said that he was open to the opportunity.

Khimo Gumatay became the Idol Philippines Season 2 Grand Winner after competing with Ryssi Avila and Kice on September 24.

Gumatay garnered 89% total score and public votes, while Avila and Kice received 49.38% and 45.77%, respectively.

As for Chong, he performed with the Idol Philippines Season Top 5 alongside Gumatay, Avila, Kice, and Ann Raniel at the ASAP Natin ‘To stage.
