Filipino actress, Sunshine Dizon admitted not being sure of what she wanted which made her leave GMA Network.
On February 13, on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, Abunda asked Dizon why she left the Kapuso Network.
“Bakit ka umalis at bakit ka bumalik?” the TV host asked.
Dizon revealed she had received a contract from GMA Network, but she chose not to sign it yet.
The actress revealed, “This is the opportune time to actually say something because I kept quiet at that time. The truth is I was offered a contract around September and for personal reasons, I opted not to sign immediately.”
The actress continued, “Somehow I felt like life happened, pandemic happened, I got lost along the way, I wanted to do a lot of other things, I wasn’t sure of what I wanted and then the next thing I knew was March happened and by then I was supposed to sign my new contract but then…”
Dizon confessed she wanted to experience new things in her career, so she chose a job outside the Kapuso Network.
“I think it’s more of I felt like I needed to grow, I needed the experience, and you have to remember, Tito Boy, I’ve dedicated half, actually, more than half of my life to my home network and this was the very first time that I would be allowed to work outside,” Dizon concluded.
