It seemed that Vice was hinting at the possibility of a crossover between ‘It’s Showtime’ and ‘Eat Bulaga!’ in the future.
On Monday, June 26, during the Mini Miss U segment of their program, the comedian joked if he was already on “Eat Bulaga!” after appearing dizzy following a twirling pasarela around the stage.
“Eat Bulaga na ba to?” Vice playfully asked, to which his co-host Ogie Alcasid replied, “No, this is Showtime, Showtime.”
Vice then responded, “Ah okay okay, kumusta ka na Paolo?” referring to the “Eat Bulaga!” host Paolo Contis which elicited more laughter and cheer from the audience and other ‘It’s Showtime hosts.’

On Wednesday, June 28, ABS-CBN and GMA Network officially signed a block time agreement between GTV and ‘It’s Showtime.’
This agreement signifies the official entry of the Kapamilya noontime show on the Kapuso sister channel GTV. ‘It’s Showtime’ is scheduled to air on the Kapuso channel on Saturday, July 1.
The signing ceremony was attended by the hosts of ‘It’s Showtime’ and the executives of both ABS-CBN and GMA.
