During a recent press conference held on June 26, Anthony Jennings could not hide his excitement as he shared his experience portraying the character Cronus in ABS-CBN’s ‘The Iron Heart.’
According to him, it was a profound learning experience that allowed his artistic side to flourish.
“Andami kong natutunan din since action to lumayo na ko sa genre ko before kasi, ‘ay leading man lang ako,’ nakafocus na ako na leading man ako,” Anthony Jennings expressed.
Anthony promised to reveal a different side of himself, not just through his physical appearance but also through his speaking voice. The young actor aims to showcase an artistic and diversified range of skills in his portrayal of Cronus.
“Sobrang dami, sobrang lumalawak yung pagiging artistic ko pagdating sa acting, and I think mas nag-e-expand pa yung skills namin,” Anthony shared.
Interestingly, the role of Cronus was not the one Anthony initially auditioned for. He was originally cast for a character involved in a romantic subplot.
While Anthony Jennings admits to enjoying the romance trope, he is thrilled to embark on this new adventure and challenge himself in the realm of action.
