On July 12, Viva artist Gold Aceron recalled how he stopped smoking after a health scare.

At the media conference for ‘Bisyo,’ Aceron shared some of his vices when he was younger, citing how he got into cigarette smoking.

He also narrated his conversation with an older woman who told him about smoking multiple cigarette packs a day.

He then noted that his parents and friends expressed concern for his health.

However, after experiencing physical pain, Aceron realized that he needed to stop his vices.

So sabi ko, ‘Shems, baka sa yosi ‘to.’ So di na ako nagyosi.

The upcoming Vivamax film ‘Bisyo’ stars Aceron, Ataska, Aerol Carmelo, Angelica Hart, and Mark Anthony Fernandez.

Under the direction of Daniel R. Palacio, ‘Bisyo’ streams on Vivamax starting July 21.
