Support was in full force from celebrity parents Vandolph Quizon, Bernadette Allyson, and Patricia Javier as their children officially stepped into the spotlight as part of Viva Artists Agency’s newest roster.

Viva Artists Agency introduced its “Next Gen Stars” to the entertainment media on April 21, a lineup composed of second-generation talents carrying well-known showbiz legacies.

Among the new talents are Vito Quizon, son of Vandolph and grandson of the late Comedy King Dolphy; Jaime Yllana, son of Anjo Yllana and Jacqui Manzano; Ashley Diaz, daughter of Joko Diaz; and siblings Gabbi Ejercito and Icee Ejercito, daughters of Gary Estrada and Bernadette Allyson.

Also part of the group are Rob Walcher and Ryan Walcher, sons of Patricia Javier, as well as Jac Abellana, son of Jojo Abellana.

During the press conference, the proud parents expressed hope that their children would be able to handle the pressure and demands of the entertainment industry.
The young stars also shared the advice they received from their parents as they begin their showbiz journeys.
Jaime Yllana said, “Appreciate the moment and make sure to work hard for the future because in this industry, everything can come so quickly that you forget that you also have to work hard for the future.”

Vito Quizon shared, “Itinuro po ng parents ko na maging humble lang at siyempre, treat everyone with respect dahil lahat naman ng mga nasa set, mga art department, production team ay nagtatrabaho lang po kagaya natin.”
Ryan Walcher added, “Always make the best of things no matter how difficult things may seem because it just makes everything a lot easier.”
His brother Rob Walcher echoed their mother’s guidance, saying, “Coming from my mom, she always tell me to always be yourself and never hide who you are no matter how you are and just always be real.”
Gabbi Ejercito said, “My parents just always have told me to take every opportunity. Going into Viva alone, of course, I was reluctant. But then with their support and their advice, I took the chance and I am really grateful that I did.”
Ashley Diaz shared, “Yung advice ng dad ko na I always take with me is to stay humble and always treat everyone with respect.”

Meanwhile, Icee Ejercito emphasized, “I think the number one thing na my parents tell me is to stay grounded, stay humble and to be positive ‘coz it’s super easy to be affected by all the negativity nowadays, lalo na sa social media. They always remind me to be positive.”
