During a press conference for Kapuso Star Kelvin Miranda on June 2, the actor admitted to being a ‘chick-boy’ during his younger days.

Miranda has chosen to remain single at the moment, determined to focus on his aspirations and personal growth.
Miranda candidly shared, “Aminado naman po ako na naging sutil ako kasi ‘yun talaga ang pagkatao ko, siguro mga 18 ako unang nagka-girlfriend.” Reflecting on his past actions, he acknowledged the valuable lessons he learned from those relationships, which have helped shape him into a better person.
When asked about his current relationship status, the actor confidently declared, “Hindi, actually kaya ko pinili maging single dahil gusto ko mas panindigan ‘yung pangarap ko, ayaw ko po muna ng kahit anong distraction.”
Kelvin emphasized the responsibilities that come with being in a relationship and expressed his desire to focus on nurturing the blessings and opportunities that have been given to him.
While Miranda may have chosen to be unattached, he remains thrilled about his latest movie, ‘Missed Connections.’ In this refreshing project, he ventures into a role unlike any other he has played before, breaking away from his previous portrayals of a womanizer.
“First time kong gumawa ng project na hindi ako chick-boy. Parang wholesome talaga. Sa series na ito, no girlfriend ako since birth. Hindi niya alam kung paano makipag-usap sa mga babae. Pero light lang ito at magugustuhan ng mga manonood. May romantic angle naman kami rito ni Miles (Ocampo) pero wholesome. Siguro halos lahat pinagdaraanan naman ‘yun. But I’m not saying na lahat dapat gawin ‘yun,” the actor said.
With his latest role showcasing a new side of his acting career, Kelvin Miranda is excited to make a bigger name for himself in the industry.
