Self-proclaimed motivational speaker Rendon Labador reacted to the art card published on Bandera about Lea Salonga who said, “The money you pay for a theater/concert ticket does not mean all-access. You pay for that performer’s art, and that’s where it stops.”
Labador strongly criticized Lea in his comment: “Ang totoo niyan Lea laos ka na! Buti nga may fans ka pa, matuto tayong tumanaw ng utang na loob sa mga supporters natin. Minsan ka lang makita tapos ginanun mo pa. Lumaki na masyado ulo mo! #stayMotivated.”
Naturally, fans of Salonga did not take well to Labador’s remarks and hit back at the attention-seeking motivational speaker.
The video showing Salonga explaining to fans went viral. Displeased with the situation, she told the fans to leave her dressing room and take photos with her outside instead.
Labador is notorious for meddling in various issues. He first made noise when he got involved in the issue of Coco Martin’s show ‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.’ Recently, he targeted Joey de Leon who obviously just ignored him.
