On July 9, Kapuso actor-host Dingdong Dantes shared how he and his family care for their pets.
At the media event for the fifth year of ‘Amazing Earth,’ Dantes detailed his family’s pet arrangements at home, citing how much they care for them.
“Mayroon, mayroon din naman kaming mga pets, pero hindi katulad ng iba na sobrang madami. At siniguro talaga namin na kung sino at ano ‘yung pet na nasa amin eh, ‘yung alaga namin ay part s’ya ng aming pamilya.”
His wife Marian Rivera and their children, Zia and Sixto, could be seen with their pets on social media, especially on Instagram.
Dantes celebrates the fifth year of his Kapuso informative show ‘Amazing Earth,’ which also features segments about animal welfare.
Dantes talked about how ‘Amazing Earth’ changed his lifestyle in the past five years.
“Si Amazing Earth ay naging way of life ko na siya. Di lang dahil sa five years ko na siya ginagawa, it’s more of ‘yung mga learnings na naibigay niya sa akin in the span of five years.
“Pero more importantly, ‘yung five years na ‘yun, malaking milestone siya sa akin not just as a performer and storyteller, but also as a father and a husband. Kasi isipin mo mas matanda pa siya sa bunso ko. Doon pa lang after pa lang ng first child ko, ang dami ko ng learnings din.”
He also pointed out that hosting the informative TV show helped him become a more responsible citizen of Earth.
“So napakalaki ng naitulong sa akin hindi lang ng Amazing Earth kung di pati lahat ng nangyari sa period na ‘to. But of course, it taught me how to be a more responsible citizen of this Earth.
The Kapuso informative show ‘Amazing Earth,’ hosted by Dantes, celebrates its fifth anniversary with a 3-part special starting July 14, Friday, at 9:35 PM via GMA Network.
