Starting on October 14, 2023, ‘It’s Showtime’ will undergo a 12-day suspension, making way for a new show titled ‘It’s Your Lucky Day.’
This change has been officially announced by ABS-CBN, and the replacement show will be hosted by a trio of prominent figures – Luis ‘Lucky’ Manzano, Robi Domingo, and Melai Cantiveros.
On October 11, Wednesday evening, ABS-CBN unveiled a teaser for ‘It’s Your Lucky Day’ across various social media platforms, building anticipation for the new game variety show.
The official statement from ABS-CBN indicates that ‘It’s Your Lucky Day’ is the Philippines’ latest game variety show, serving as a temporary stand-in for ‘It’s Showtime.’ Leading the new program will be the dynamic trio of Luis Manzano, Robi Domingo, and Melai Cantiveros. Additionally, the show will feature various special co-hosts and celebrity guests.
Viewers can expect fresh and engaging game segments as the show airs daily from October 14 to October 27, spanning Mondays through Saturdays. The program will be broadcast on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, and GTV, while fans can also catch it on Kapamilya Online Live, iWantTFC, and TFC.
Joining the ensemble cast are popular celebrities including Andrea Brillantes, Francine Diaz, Kyle Echarri, Seth Fedelin, Negi, Long Mejia, Petite, and Divine Tetay.
While some may underestimate the show’s potential, the involvement of these renowned hosts suggests a promising offering.
