The Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) has revealed the official ratings for the 10 films participating in the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2023, making it easier for audiences to choose family-appropriate entertainment.
In the “General Audience” category, suitable for all viewers, the films include:
- FAMILY OF TWO (A Mother and Son Story) – Produced by Cineko Productions, starring Sharon Cuneta and Alden Richards.
- PENDUKO – Presented by Viva Communications Inc., featuring Matteo Guidicelli.
For the “Parental Guidance” category, which requires viewers aged 13 and below to be accompanied by a parent or supervising adult, the films are:
- BECKY and BADETTE – Produced by Ideafirst Company Inc., with Eugene Domingo and Pokwang in the lead roles.
- BROKEN HEART’S TRIP – A creation of Smart Films Production OPC, starring Christina Bables and Jacklyn Jose.
- FIREFLY – Presented by GMA Network, Inc., with Alessandra De Rossi, Dingdong Dantes, Cherrie Pie Picache, and Miguel Tanfelix.
- GOMBURZA – Brought to you by Cignal TV Inc., featuring Piolo Pascual, Enchong Dee, Cedric Juan, and Dante Rivero.
- REWIND – ABS-CBN Films Productions Inc. – Star Cinema production, starring Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes.

In the “R-13” (Restricted Thirteen) category, not suitable for viewers aged 13 and below due to explicit content, the films are:
