On November 15, actor Polo Ravales praised Rob Gomez’s acting for their intimate scenes in ‘Lovers/Liars.’
At the media conference for ‘Lovers/Liars,’ which LionhearTV covered, Ravales recounted how his fiancée, Paulyn Quiza, appreciated his romantic scenes with his co-star.
“Actually ano, ang galing ni Rob. Magaling.
“Hindi seriously, ang ginawa ko kasi, ‘yung fiancée ko pinapanood ko sa monitor, pinatabi ko kay Direk. So, sabi ko, doon ko malalaman kung maganda ‘yung eksena namin. So alam mo ‘yung nangyari, kinikilig sila sa eksena namin ni Rob. Seryoso.”
He also noted Quiza’s remark about how the audience would root for his romantic storyline with Gomez.
“So noong pag-cut talagang natutuwa sila doon sa performance namin. Hindi siya bastos, pero marami daw ang kikiligin, ang sabi.
“Natuwa, alam kong tama ‘yung ginagawa kong acting, at tingin ko naging proud siya sa akin doon.”
Aside from praising Gomez, Ravales complimented his co-star’s confidence while doing their intimate scenes in the series.
“Actually nagulat ako kasi hindi siya ano eh, magaling siyang artista. Hindi ko na-feel sa kaniya na naiilang siya, hindi eh. Pagdating namin sa set. Game na siya agad. So he’s a very professional and malayo ang mararating ni Rob. Iba ‘yung passion niya.”
As for the primetime series, ‘Lovers/Liars’ stars Claudine Barretto, Shaira Diaz, Yasser Marta, Rob Gomez, Kimson Tan, Michelle Vito, Sarah Edwards, Polo Ravales, Christian Vasquez, and Lianne Valentin.
