Contrary to circulating rumors, actor Daniel Padilla remains committed to ABS-CBN as he is set to renew his contract with Star Magic, the network’s talent management arm.
ABS-CBN entertainment reporter MJ Felipe clarified this information in a recent Facebook post.
According to Felipe, Daniel Padilla is scheduled to sign a contract renewal with ABS-CBN and will continue his association with Star Magic. This announcement contradicts speculations suggesting that the actor would be leaving the Kapamilya network.
While Daniel’s commitment to ABS-CBN has been affirmed, there is no update regarding the rumored departure of Kathryn Bernardo from Star Magic. Some reports suggested that Bernardo might consider joining Crown Artists Management, managed by Maja Salvador and Rambo Nuñez.
Last December 2023, Kathryn Bernardo’s mother, Mommy Min, denied rumors of Kathryn leaving the Kapamilya network, despite her separation from Daniel Padilla. “No. She will not leave the Kapamilya network!” clarified Mommy Min.
