Angeline Aril chooses career over men

Star of the Vivamax film ‘Cheaters’ Angeline Aril did not think twice on March 23 in picking between career and men.

Aril, 19, answered with certainty that she would choose to be a sexy actress over men.

“No, no, no. Hindi ko pipiliin ang lalaki po, haha, to be honest po,” she answered during her debut film’s press conference at Viva Cafe.

Being single, she has yet to experience having a relationship.

“It’s more like puro dating stage lang pero hindi nagiging boyfriend,” said Aril.

Her priority as of this moment is her career and family, she said.

The newbie sexy actress entered the sexy film industry because she feels “confident when I am sexy.”

Her confidence stemmed from her mother compelling her to take up acting at 13 years old. She was once a shy kid but gained confidence after joining beauty pageants.

“Tapos noong naging senior high school, na-open ako sa pageant, so nakapag-join din ako, tapos doon ko medyo na-build ang confidence ko,” she recalled. “Noong college na ako, mayroon na akong lakas ng loob para pumasok sa ganitong industry.”

Directed by Dustin Celestino, “Cheaters” also stars Aerol Carmelo, Kara Fernandez, and Jhon Marck Marcia. It will premiere on April 2 only on Vivamax.
