Kapamilya actor Ronnie Alonte shared insights into his long-term relationship with Loisa Andalio, both on-screen and off-screen partner.
Alonte, while indicating that marriage is not on the immediate horizon, expressed a deep commitment to Andalio, describing her as his “endgame.”
Celebrating their eighth anniversary this year, Alonte emphasized the importance of having shared plans in a relationship. “Kami ni Loisa enjoy kami, focused kami sa trabaho, makapag-ipon at makapag-invest pa. Eight years na kami this year. Kung mahal mo tao dapat may plano kayo, kung wala, maghiwalay na kayo,” he stated during the interview.
Highlighting trust as a cornerstone of their enduring bond, Alonte revealed their approach to maintaining independence while supporting each other’s personal pursuits.
“Siguro pagiging relaxed namin sa isa’t isa. Hinahayaan ko siya, hinahayaan niya ako. She goes out with her friends, and she lets me go out with mine. Hindi kami mahigpit sa isa’t isa,” he explained.
Addressing the challenges of their respective careers, Alonte expressed support for Andalio’s collaborations with other actors in the industry. “Sinabi ko sa kanya ‘pag nag-selos ka wala kang tiwala. ‘Paano ngayon. Ikaw nasa basketball, ikaw nasa showbiz,’ handa ako makapag-partner siya ng iba.’ May tiwala ako sa ‘yo. Bakit siya magseselos? Bakit ako magseselos?” he remarked.
On the topic of his own career aspirations, particularly in basketball, Alonte expressed willingness to explore a full-time commitment if the right opportunity arises. “Wala pa ako ginagawa. Si Star and ABS, wala nakalatag sa akin. ‘Pag nabigyan ako pagkakataon makilala or sumikat, ta-try ko. ‘Pag nabigyan ako ng magandang pagkakataon. Sa ngayon kung saan tayo kikita,” he concluded.
