P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation (P.A. Properties) has reinforced its status as a leader in the real estate industry, receiving multiple recognitions from Pag-IBIG and local governments in the first half of 2024. These awards reflect the company’s commitment to excellence in providing affordable and quality homeownership for Filipinos and contributing to the economic development of the communities it serves.

Pag-IBIG Fund Recognitions: A Testament to Excellence in Luzon

P.A. Properties has been consistently recognized by Pag-IBIG Fund for its outstanding contributions to homeownership in the country. On April 19, 2024, P.A. Properties was honored as one of the Top 10 Pag-IBIG Fund Accredited Developers in South Luzon for 2023. The company also achieved the Highest Conversion Performance among Pag-IBIG Fund’s Accredited Developers in the region.

In North Luzon, P.A. Properties was ranked as the Top 9 Pag-IBIG Fund Accredited Developer for 2023, presented on May 10, 2024. Additionally, the company secured another spot as one of the Top 10 Pag-IBIG Fund Accredited Developers in North Luzon for the first half of 2024, awarded on August 1, 2024.

P.A. Properties was also acknowledged as one of the Top 10 Developers in the National Capital Region (NCR) for the first half of 2024, presented on August 1, 2024. These recognitions highlight the company’s expanding influence and consistent excellence across different regions in Luzon, further solidifying its reputation as a trusted developer in providing affordable and quality homeownership.

Local Government Honors: Contributions to Economic Growth

Beyond its achievements with Pag-IBIG, P.A. Properties has also been lauded by local governments for its significant contributions to community development and economic growth.

In May 2024, P.A. Properties and its joint venture, P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin, were both recognized as part of the Top 100 Taxpayers of San Pedro, Laguna. P.A. Properties ranked 33rd, while its joint venture companies, P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin, secured the 47th (Joint Venture Company 2) and 76th (Joint Venture Company 1) spots.

The company was also acknowledged as the City of Cabuyao’s 27th out of 200 Top Taxpayers for Fiscal Year 2023 on August 5, 2024. Additionally, on March 15, 2024, P.A. Properties was recognized by the Bureau of Internal Revenue for its contributions to the initiatives of BIR Revenue District Office No. 57-West Laguna, helping the district achieve its 2023 collection goals.
