Boehringer Ingelheim’s Stop Rabies program expands to drive essential vaccination and neutering initiatives in Marinduque.
The Stop Rabies program in the Philippines, spearheaded by Boehringer Ingelheim in collaboration with the Provincial Veterinary Office of Marinduque, has launched a comprehensive vaccination campaign targeting dogs and cats across Marinduque, complementing the MiMaRoPa One Time, Big Time initiative. Alongside vaccination efforts, mass spaying and castrating of pets were conducted with the help of local veterinarians and community volunteers. The teams worked in Barangay Dolores, Dating Bayan, Landy, and other key areas in Marinduque to curb animal population and reduce rabies transmission.
