Kapuso heartthrob David Licauco made a special appearance on the noontime show ‘It’s Showtime’ on Monday, September 30, where he took part in the ‘Showing Bulilit’ segment alongside veteran actress Gladys Reyes.
During the show, ‘It’s Showtime’ co-host Karylle revealed that her mother, OPM legend Zsa Zsa Padilla, is an avid fan of David’s ongoing GMA Network drama ‘Pulang Araw.’
Karylle shared, “Please greet my mom. She’s always watching Pulang Araw and is up-to-date with it. Zsa Zsa Padilla, pa-shoutout naman please, David.”
In response, David warmly expressed his gratitude, saying, “Hi, Ms. Zsa Zsa Padilla. Thank you for watching Pulang Araw. God bless you.”

Licauco is currently starring as Hiroshi Tanaka in ‘Pulang Araw,’ a family drama series that airs on GMA Prime from Monday to Friday at 8:00 p.m., right after ’24 Oras.’ Fans can also catch ‘It’s Showtime’ from Monday to Saturday at 12 noon on GMA Network, GTV, and other Kapuso platforms.
