Kapuso star Sanya Lopez recently shared that her love scene with Alden Richards in the anticipated series ‘Pulang Araw’ took on unexpected intensity, describing it as “super hot.”
Appearing on ‘Fast Talk with Boy Abunda’ on October 29, Lopez offered a glimpse into the behind-the-scenes of the steamy scene. When host Boy Abunda asked about its level of passion, Sanya laughed, admitting, “Parang sobrang hot.”
The actress explained that they had to film the scene twice to meet Netflix’s streaming requirements. “Sa totoo po niyan, dalawang beses po naming ginawa ‘yon, Tito Boy. ‘Yon ‘yong first namin na gano’n ‘yong scene,” Sanya said. “‘Yong una kasi no’n, ‘yong original nakadamit kami, Tito Boy. Tapos parang sinabi nila since nga po sa Netflix nila ilalabas naman, kumuha sila no’ng talagang topless. Pero may cover naman po kami.”
Though she admitted feeling nervous, Sanya praised Alden’s professionalism, which helped her feel at ease. “Because nag-go si Alden, go rin po ako that time. Pero hiyang-hiya talaga ako no’n kay Alden kaya ang ginawa ko no’ng time na ‘yon, tinanong ko siya kung mayro’n na ba siyang mga ganito eksenang nagawa,” she shared.
When asked about Alden’s on-screen chemistry, Sanya coyly responded, “Okay si Alden.”
