Comedienne Aiai Delas Alas revealed she has not been in direct communication with her estranged husband, Gerald Sibayan, following their separation in October 2024.
In a recent appearance on ‘Fast Talk with Boy Abunda’, the actress confirmed that she has chosen to distance herself from Gerald after their split, opting to communicate through intermediaries instead.
When asked by host Boy Abunda if they were on speaking terms, Aiai candidly replied, “Of course, no.” She elaborated, “I refused to. From the time na ‘yung sinabi niya ‘yun sa akin, hindi na ako nakipag-communicate sa kanya. Nakikipag-communicate ako sa kanya through some people like my son-in-law, ganyan, tapos ‘yung mga ibang tao. Pero ako, direkta, no.”
The couple, who had been together for a decade, were married in 2017 in a church ceremony and renewed their vows in Las Vegas in 2022. Aiai confirmed their separation in November 2024, shocking fans who had admired their enduring relationship.
