Kapuso singer and ‘The Clash Season 2’ grand winner Jeremiah Tiangco has shared some exciting personal news—he is about to become a father!
The singer made the heartfelt announcement during his appearance on ‘Tawag ng Tanghalan: All-Star Grand Resbak’, a segment of ‘It’s Showtime’, where he is competing as one of the returning contestants.
After delivering a powerful rendition of Through the Fire, Tiangco was asked by It’s Showtime host Vice Ganda why he chose to compete again despite already winning The Clash.
“Naniniwala po ako na hindi po natatapos sa The Clash ‘yung laban ng buhay ko. This time, gusto ko po makita ng upcoming baby ko na, ‘Ay, lumalabas pala si Dada noong ano, ‘yung pangarap hindi niya binalewala, wala siyang what if sa buhay niya,’” he explained.
The hosts warmly congratulated Tiangco on this new chapter in his life, with Jhong Hilario asking how he feels about becoming a first-time dad.
“Masaya po, Kuya Jhong, masaya as in. Hindi ko ma-explain, parang overwhelming siya sa feeling,” he shared.
He also revealed that he and his longtime partner are expecting a baby boy and have already chosen the name Raya Lux for their first child.
