For actress and former beauty queen Alyssa Muhlach, cheaters—especially in showbiz—should no longer get a free pass.

In a recent episode of her ‘He Said, She Said’ podcast with partner Chris Young, Alyssa did not hold back in expressing her frustration with infidelity in the entertainment industry.
“‘Yan ang kinaiinisan ko sa showbiz. There are so much cheaters in showbiz and it’s excused,” she said. “They should be publicly shamed. They should be so publicly shamed that no one will ever cheat. That is my stand talaga.”
According to Alyssa, failing to call out unfaithful celebrities only emboldens them to repeat their actions.
“Because it’s a secret, and because you are not shamed, you will do it again. What’s stopping you? Girls still date you,” she argued. “The cheaters I know in showbiz, girls still date them because the new girl is under the illusion na crazy lang ‘yung ex niya, sinungaling lang ‘yung ex niya.”
She added that these individuals often manipulate others to protect their image, which allows the cycle to continue. “They are so manipulative talaga. Dapat talaga they’ll feel ashamed because it’s not something that you should be proud of,” Alyssa stressed.
While she refrained from naming names, her strong views have sparked conversations online about accountability and transparency in public relationships—especially in an industry where image is everything.
Alyssa Muhlach is best known for her roles in ‘2 Good 2 Be True’ and ‘Clarita’, and for being crowned Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas 2018. Her podcast, launched in April, features candid conversations about love, relationships, and life behind the scenes.
