Actor and singer Khalil Ramos took to Instagram on Monday, May 12, to express disappointment after an error while shading his ballot caused his party-list vote to be invalidated.

In a story post, the Dead Kids actor shared a reminder to fellow voters to be extra cautious when filling out their ballots during the Halalan 2025 elections.
“Be extra careful when shading your ballots. I pressed a bit too hard on the first page, and it left marks on the back, right where the party-list section was,” Khalil wrote.
“Sadly, my party-list vote was invalidated due to overvoting. Don’t make the same mistake,” he added.
The incident serves as a timely warning as Filipinos nationwide cast their votes for senators, congressional representatives, party-list groups, and local officials. Voting began at 7 a.m. and will end at 7 p.m. Monday.
