Pambansang host and Rumble master Luis Manzano returns with a more colorful and brighter season 2 of “Rainbow Rumble,” which will premiere this Saturday (June 28) and Sunday (June 29), 6:15 PM on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, A2Z, and iWant.
In the new season, Luis will be joined by Negi. It will also introduce new elements that will challenge the rumblers and enhance the playing experience.
Like the previous season, the rumblers will outwit each other to reach the top tri-colored tile in “Rally to the Top.” The lucky rumbler who reaches the top first will proceed to the Rainbow Reveal, wherein he needs to get all six different dice colors in six die roller machines in 60 seconds to win P1 million.
Making things more exciting this season is the atras powers that two rumblers can obtain to make their fellow rumbler take a step back and the unlimited chances of rumblers to challenge each other in the tile breaker.
Bigger prizes await rumblers as the show doubles the cash prize for the lucky tile. Meanwhile, the lucky rumbler who gets three out of six rapid-fire questions will have more chances to win the P1 million prize.
On its opening weekend, Jervi Wrightson, Marina Summers, Sassa Gurl, Iyah Mina, and Vice Ganda, and “Sins of the Father” stars Gerald Anderson, Jessy Mendiola, JC de Vera, RK Bagatsing, and Jerald Napoles try their luck to be a “Rainbow Rumble” grand champion.
Since its launch, “Rainbow Rumble” has inspired teachers and educators to use the format to educate and engage their students in classrooms and online. ABS-CBN News reported that Alfie Iglesia, a high school teacher from Agusan del Sur, created a classroom version of the show to help him deliver his English lessons. Luis thanked the teacher for his innovative way of using the show as an educational tool.
