A chilling new force is set to shake the magical world of ‘Encantadia’ as Rhian Ramos takes on one of her most powerful roles yet — the enigmatic and fearsome ice queen, Mitena, in GMA Network’s highly anticipated fantasy series ‘Sang’gre’.
Personally chosen as the first and only actress considered for the role, Ramos revealed that portraying Mitena has been one of the biggest acting challenges of her career. With an icy aura and commanding presence, her character is poised to become one of the most unforgettable villains in Philippine fantasy television.
Mitena, the twin sister of Cassiopeia — the first queen of Lireo portrayed by Solenn Heussaff in the 2016 ‘Encantadia’ reboot — serves as one of the main antagonists in ‘Sang’gre’. Her arrival marks a new chapter in the beloved ‘Encantadia’ universe, filled with magic, intrigue, and powerful destinies.
Joining Ramos in this epic tale are the new generation of brilyante keepers: Flamarra (Faith Da Silva), Deia (Angel Guardian), Adamus (Kelvin Miranda), and Terra (Bianca Umali). The cast also features Ysabel Ortega as Armea, the late Ricky Davao as Governor Emil, and newcomer Sienna Stevens portraying the younger version of Mitena.
