Sharp Philippines underscored its dedication to innovation and customer satisfaction during the ‘Sharper Together’ Media Conference and Dealers Appreciation Night held on May 21, 2025, at Solaire Vertis North.
Since its establishment in 1982, Sharp Philippines has remained committed to delivering high-quality appliances that cater to the evolving needs of Filipino households. During the event, Sharp President and General Manager Kazuo Kito highlighted the company’s enduring partnerships and strong customer trust as key pillars of its success.

The event also marked the announcement of Sharp’s nationwide series of interactive sales exhibits designed to strengthen customer engagement and promote product awareness. These include:
KOTEN Exhibits – Individual product showcases aimed at boosting sales and introducing innovations to new audiences.
J-Tech Festival – A celebration of energy-saving Japanese inverter technology in appliances such as refrigerators, air conditioners, and washing machines.
Kuuki Festival – Focused on air quality solutions including Sharp’s Plasmacluster air purifiers and air conditioners.
Oto Festival – Highlighting Sharp’s diverse range of audio products beyond karaoke, with an emphasis on immersive sound quality.
Aquos Matsuri – Featuring Sharp’s state-of-the-art LED and XLED TVs, offering gaming and cinematic experiences.
Labadaba Day – A hands-on demonstration event for Sharp’s fully automatic washing machines, paired with fun activities and dealer education.
Amor Golifardo, Senior Marketing Manager at Sharp Philippines, emphasized that these events are more than just promotional activities. “They are opportunities to foster deeper connections with our customers and gather valuable feedback to continuously improve our offerings,” she said.
In a move to enhance customer service, Sharp also announced the soft launch of its upgraded After-Sales VIP Program in Q3 2025, with a full rollout expected in Q4. The program offers:
