Former ‘PBB Gen 11’ grand winner Fyang Smith recently got candid about her views on self-worth and public criticism during her guest appearance on DJ Jhai Ho’s FM radio show.
Joined by her ‘Ghosting’ co-stars Kobie Brown and JM Ibarra, Fyang responded firmly when asked if she seeks validation from others.

Her answer: “No.”
So I don’t need any validation from other people because I love myself and I have my own family. Marami naman ang nagmamahal sa akin.”
Fyang also addressed criticisms that continue to bring up her past mistakes, saying people often fail to see the changes she has made.
Sorry po,” she said.
Sitting beside her during the interview was JM Ibarra, whom she credited as one of her strongest sources of guidance.
Fyang’s honest reflections drew praise from netizens, many of whom said they relate deeply to her journey. Comments poured in on social media, lauding her maturity and humility.
Fans are now gearing up for the purple carpet premiere of ‘Ghosting’, the upcoming iWant series starring JM Ibarra and Fyang Smith. Scheduled to take place tomorrow at Gateway Mall II in Araneta City, the event promises to be packed with supporters and Kapamilya stars.
With JM and Fyang expected to walk the carpet together, fans are also hoping for more clarity on their real-life closeness—fueled by undeniable chemistry and growing rumors of romance. Though they have yet to confirm anything, one thing’s for sure: “Hindi raw nila kaya na i-ghosting ang isa’t isa,” teased one insider.
