Former ‘PBB: Celebrity Collab Edition’ housemate Shuvee Etrata is not only winning hearts on screen — she’s also found a real-life source of kilig in fellow Sparkle artist Anthony Constantino.
In a recent episode of ‘Your Honor’, the Kapuso actress opened up about how her romance with the Filipino-American model began. According to Shuvee, she first noticed Anthony when she saw him in one of Esnyr Ranollo’s online series.
“Si Anthony naman, naging crush ko siya sa series ni Esnyr. Nakita ko lang siya sa TikTok FYP ko. Ni-repost ko lang,” she shared. “Ang type ko kasi TDH — tall, dark and handsome. Like Donny Pangilinan is my crush. So nung nakita ko siya, hala! Same!”
To her surprise, Anthony followed her on all her social media platforms — Instagram, TikTok — and soon after, sent her a direct message. “Hi, ganda,” he wrote. Shuvee recalled responding with equal flirtation: “Hi, pogi.”
From there, things quickly progressed. “Ever since then, dinala na niya ako sa church,” Shuvee said, noting that despite Anthony being raised in Los Angeles, he still held traditional Filipino values close to his heart.
“Pero kasi liberated siya, so he needs to learn how to court the Filipino way. But the core values are really Filipino.”
When asked if she taught him how to court her traditionally, Shuvee was firm: “Ayan ang ayaw kong gawin. I can never teach a man how to become a man.”
Their courtship began before she entered the ‘Pinoy Big Brother’ house, and even during her time inside, Anthony continued to be a strong presence in her life. He has since met her parents, and upon her eviction, was waiting outside the house — bouquet of flowers in hand.
Shuvee’s supporters also took notice of her playful use of the term “TDH” — the same description she used for Donny Pangilinan in the ‘PBB’ house — as she proudly showed off Anthony in a recent Instagram post.
