It was a riot of laughter on ‘It’s Showtime’ as Vice Ganda playfully teased ‘Pinoy Big Brother Gen 11’ Big Winner Fyang Smith during the show’s July 15 live episode.

The teasing came just as former ‘PBB Celebrity Collab Edition’ housemate Shuvee Etrata returned to the noontime show as a guest co-host. Fyang, meanwhile, was seated among the guest judges for the ‘Escort of Appeals’ segment, along with her fellow PBB alum JM Ibarra and actress Gladys Reyes.
Vice couldn’t resist commenting on Shuvee’s high energy and impressive hosting. “Ay naku, ginagalingan ni Shuvee, parang gusto niyang patotohanan kay Fyang na ‘yung batch nila ang mas magaling kaysa sa batch nila Fyang,” he said, referencing the viral remark from Fyang claiming that their season was “the best” in PBB history.
Shuvee responded with grace, saying all PBB batches are great and filled with talented housemates: “Successful man daw ang PBB Collab Celebrity Edition, pero para sa akin Kuya, lahat ng mga housemates mo, lahat ng edition, magagaling at magaganda.”
Fyang, who had previously received criticism online for her “best batch” comment, was seen smiling and clapping at Shuvee’s answer.

Vice added on a positive note, “Ang the best na nangyari talaga, lahat ng PBB housemates ay naging busy paglabas ng Bahay ni Kuya at inaasahang mas marami pa silang matatanggap na opportunities sa outside world.”
The banter didn’t end there. Channeling the voice of “Kuya,” Jhong Hilario jokingly asked Shuvee which PBB batch she thought was the best. She doubled down on her earlier statement, reaffirming that every batch was filled with talent and beauty — a diplomatic answer that won the approval of the hosts and audience.
Then came Vice’s hilarious “reveal”: “At saka ikaw ang Big Winner talaga. May dyowa ka, eh,” he joked, alluding to Shuvee’s rumored relationship with fellow housemate Anthony Constantino.
Caught off guard, Shuvee laughed nervously and hugged the contestant she was interviewing, even breaking into a spontaneous dance. “Hindi pa [kami],” she clarified with a smile.
Despite her denial, netizens were quick to comment online, many agreeing that Shuvee had indeed won — not just for her charm and growing hosting chops, but also for finding her “TDH” (tall, dark, and handsome).
With two fan-favorite PBB batches represented in one segment, plus the irresistible brand of Vice Ganda’s humor, the July 15 episode served a hearty dose of kilig, fun, and showbiz shade — much to the delight of the madlang people.
