Singer-actress Vina Morales joined fellow Kapamilya stars in an emotional send-off for the iconic ABS-CBN Millennium Transmitter Tower during the ‘Kapamilya Forever: Tahanan Natin ang Isa’t Isa’ event held on July 9 inside the ABS-CBN compound.

Wearing her Kapamilya shirt with pride, Vina took part in the all-day gathering filled with photo opportunities, reunions, and memories shared by artists and employees who called the network their home. The event marked a final tribute to the historic tower, which is set to be demolished following the sale of the property.
In a heartfelt post, Vina shared favorite snapshots and video clips from the day, posing with longtime colleagues including Erik Santos, Ogie Diaz, Maymay Entrata, Zsa Zsa Padilla, Nikki Valdez, Edward Barber, Dyan Castillejo, and ABS-CBN executives Charo Santos-Concio, Lauren Dyogi, and Cory Vidanes.
“Huling Pagpupugay sa Kapamilya Historic Tower ❤️ I’m so thankful and grateful for all the years I’ve worked with ABS-CBN, dalawang dekada na pala! What a journey it has been,” she wrote.
“Nakakatuwang makita ulit ang ating mga boss, co-actors, employees, at pati mga dating Kapamilya. Nagtipon-tipon kami bago tuluyang i-demolish ang makasaysayang tower,” she added.
Vina expressed both sadness and pride as she reflected on her time with the network. “Nakakalungkot man, I’m happy and proud na may kwento akong maipagmamalaki na naging parte ako ng mga dekadang iyon ng kasaysayan ng Kapamilya network.❤️ Maraming maraming Salamat po Kapamilya. ❤️ To God be the glory!”
Vina’s celebrated career with ABS-CBN includes major roles in teleseryes such as ‘Maria Flordeluna’, ‘Agua Bendita’, ‘Nasaan Ka, Elisa?’, ‘Nasaan Ka Nang Kailangan Kita’, ‘Born For You’, and ‘Araw Gabi’ under Precious Hearts Romances. She was also a regular performer on ‘ASAP’ for more than two decades.
Starting her music career at just eight years old by winning the 1986 Cebu Pop Music Festival, Vina went on to release over a dozen albums and earn multiple awards. In 2023, she made her Broadway debut in ‘Here Lies Love’ as Aurora Aquino, further cementing her legacy as a multi-talented artist.
Now a cast member of GMA Network’s afternoon drama ‘Cruz vs. Cruz’, Vina continues to shine while remaining under the management of Star Magic.
Her parting message at the tribute event stands as a testament to her enduring love and gratitude for the network that shaped much of her journey: “#grateful #thankful.”
