Ashtine Olviga and Andres Muhlach emerged as the undeniable stars of Viva One’s ‘Vivarkada’ ultimate fandom concert, with thousands of fans roaring at every move of the rising loveteam.
From the moment they stepped on stage, Ashtine and Andres set the Araneta Coliseum ablaze with chemistry, kilig, and heartfelt performances that left their supporters screaming, chanting, and trending hashtags like #ASHTINEPhenomenalStar and #ASHDRESBIGDOMEmination on X (formerly Twitter).
But the night’s loudest cheers came when the pair performed a live duet of ‘Minamahal’ — the theme song of their upcoming film directed by Jason Paul Laxamana. Fans erupted in screams when Andres hugged Ashtine tightly and sealed the moment with a tender forehead kiss.
The kilig didn’t stop there. After their performance, Andres surprised Ashtine with a touching message on stage: “Ashtine Olviga, I’m really, really, really proud of you. You see this!? Ang galing! Ash, I truly wanna say that I truly appreciate you, you know. And starting my journey, I wouldn’t have wished to have done it with anyone else. You are not only a blessing to my life but a blessing to many of those here today. So that being said, thank you! Nagulat ka ba, nagulat ka ba?”
Clearly caught off guard, Ashtine smiled shyly and simply replied “oo,” admitting she was speechless. She later shared her pride and gratitude for Andres, calling him a partner she’s thankful for both on and off stage.
While the three-hour ‘Vivarkada’ show featured performances from Viva’s other loveteams and artists, it was AshDres who drew the loudest shrieks, the most online buzz, and the night’s most unforgettable moments.
Fans also went wild after Viva dropped the second teaser for ‘Minamahal,’ which teased a much-talked-about “bed scene” between the two. The movie is set to hit cinemas nationwide on September 24 under Viva Films and Ninuno Media. (with reports from JR Ebora)
