Darren Espanto captivated fans at the Alagang Suki Fest 2025, delivering one of the most memorable performances of the night during the 80th anniversary celebration of Unilab and Mercury Drug held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on July 31.
Clad in sleek black and blue, Darren brought his signature vocal power and polished stage presence, owning the stage with a three-song set that showcased both his vocal range and emotional depth.
The multi-talented Kapamilya artist opened with ‘Dying Inside,’ prompting cheers from the crowd as they sang along to the familiar tune. He then followed it up with the upbeat ‘Di Makaramdam,’ keeping the energy high as he danced and engaged with fans.
But it was ‘Paalam Muna Sandali,’ a heartfelt ballad from his latest album, that truly brought the house down. Darren’s emotional delivery struck a chord with the audience, some of whom could be seen tearing up as he sang about longing and temporary goodbyes.
