GMA Network’s long-running magazine show ‘Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho (KMJS)’ continues to dominate the Sunday primetime ratings, maintaining its stronghold as the top-performing program in its timeslot.

Based on the latest Nielsen NUTAM People survey, KMJS secured a commanding 14.2 percent rating on Sunday, August 9—making it the only Sunday show to achieve a double-digit score and reaffirming its consistent leadership in weekend viewership.
Trailing significantly behind, ‘The Clash’ landed in second place with 7.8 percent, followed by BBLGang in third with 6.3 percent.
’24 Oras Weekend’ came in fourth at 6.0 percent, while FPJ on GMA completed the top five with a modest 4.8 percent rating.
The lower half of the top 10 revealed a steep decline in ratings, with ABS-CBN’s ‘Idol Kids Philippines’ placing sixth at 4.0 percent. ‘The Boobay and Tekla Show’ followed at seventh with 3.2 percent, while ‘Resibo: Walang Lusot ang May Atraso’ ranked eighth with 3.1 percent.
‘Regal Studio Presents’ and ‘All-Out Sundays’ tied for ninth place, each garnering 2.9 percent. ABS-CBN’s long-running musical variety show ASAP rounded out the list at tenth with 2.3 percent.
The data underscores a noticeable shift in Filipino viewing habits, suggesting that traditional television is gradually losing its grip on Sunday audiences, with digital platforms and alternative content sources gaining traction. Despite this trend, KMJS remains a standout, consistently outperforming its competitors and adapting to the evolving media landscape.
