Veteran broadcaster and ‘Agenda’ anchor Korina Sanchez-Roxas is aiming big when it comes to longevity — she wants to live until 120!
During a lighthearted exchange with co-anchor Willard Cheng on the August 4 episode of ‘Agenda’, the topic of how to stay healthy and live longer came up. “What are you doing to live long? Maliit pa mga anak natin ha,” Korina asked, referring to her young twins, Pepe and Pilar.
Willard responded with a laugh, “Nag-eexercise ako, binubuhat ko sila araw-araw.” He then returned the question: “What are you doing to live up to 120 years old?”
Korina confidently replied, “Maraming-maraming bagay. Name it, I’m doing it.”
True to her word, Korina’s Instagram showcases an impressively active lifestyle. Whether she’s jogging, hiking mountains, hitting the gym with husband Mar Roxas, or exploring new destinations, the TV host is constantly on the move. She also practices healthy eating and actively supports advocacy work — all contributing to her vibrant and purposeful life.
This isn’t the first time Korina has shared her ambitious life goal. In a past ‘Agenda’ episode with Pinky Webb, she mentioned wanting to live to 120 after hearing about a Greek restaurant in Cavite that follows the diet of centenarians. “I want to go there because I have to live to be 120 years old… dahil bata pa sina Pepe and Pilar,” she quipped.
