Baygon® and OFF!®, leading pest-control brands under SC Johnson, officially launched ‘Mission: TAPOSible’ on August 8, 2025, at Market! Market! in Taguig City—a nationwide movement encouraging Filipino families to make dengue prevention part of their daily routine.

Actors and celebrity couple Solenn Heussaff and Nico Bolzico headlined the event alongside fellow brand ambassadors Melai Cantiveros and Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo, urging the public to take proactive measures to help protect their homes and communities from mosquito-borne diseases.
For Solenn, attending the event also became a moment to talk about balancing her career and family.
“He’s never naman stopped me from doing anything. It’s really my personal decision,” she said, referring to her husband Nico’s support for her acting work.
Nico quickly added: “I’m not the anchor. I’m not the anchor of her career. I want her to go out of the house…”
Solenn clarified, “It was my decision. I really want to be present for my kids. I want to see them do anything.”

The launch comes amid alarming data from the Department of Health (DOH), which reported over 123,000 dengue cases from January 1 to June 7 this year, with children aged 5 to 9 and residents of urban areas among the most affected. With the rainy season increasing mosquito breeding grounds, Baygon® and OFF!® aim to drive year-round dengue awareness and prevention.
‘Mission: TAPOSible’ features on-ground activities designed to inform and engage the public, including:
- Dengue Documentary Premiere – Showcasing real-life stories from survivors, entomologists, and communities fighting dengue.
- OFF!® Jingle Dance – A fun dance activity with prizes, encouraging active participation.
- Celebrity Meet-and-Greets, Interactive Games, and Educational Booths – Integrating the Department of Health’s 5S strategy for dengue prevention.
Filipinos can join the movement by making a pledge at missiontaposible.com, committing to small but consistent daily actions such as applying mosquito repellent, using indoor sprays or coils, and cleaning potential breeding sites.
