Shuvee Etrata is basking in gratitude and momentum as she carves her path in show business following her ‘Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition’ stint.

On August 18, the Kapuso actress was formally introduced as the first-ever celebrity ambassador of Vivienne Vanity Lounge. Dressed in a white ensemble that highlighted her morena beauty, Shuvee got emotional as her favorite song ‘A Million Dreams’ played during the signing ceremony at Shangri-La at the Fort.
Though opportunities have been pouring in, Shuvee humbly refuses to call herself “super famous.”
“I don’t want to say it na popular [ako] but I do believe I hold more pressure now. I hold more responsibilities now on what I’m going to share with the public kasi lumaki ang community na mayroon ako ngayon,” she said. “Ayaw ko sabihin talaga na, ‘Grabe naman siya kasikat.’ Hindi naman talaga.”
The young actress opened up about insecurities she once had over her complexion, but credited her home network for helping her embrace her own beauty.
“Since I was very young, I have been insecure about my skin color and complexion. The moment they began to believe in me and made me feel loved even though I am not perfect, I began to believe in myself as well. Naniwala na rin ako na maganda rin pala ako,” Shuvee shared.
For her, beauty extends beyond appearances: “Hindi lang naman sa labas ‘yun. ‘Yung panglabas, hindi po roon para sa akin ang beauty. You don’t just believe that you’re beautiful on the outside, but also on the inside.”

Executives of Vivienne Vanity Lounge said Shuvee’s authenticity and family values made her the perfect fit for the brand. COO Catherine Gayle Guiban remarked: “Shuvee is a representation of sophistication and natural beauty. Her unconditional love for her family and friends embodies the culture and character of how we want to be known in the beauty and wellness industry.”
Aside from endorsements, Shuvee is expanding her TV presence. Vice Ganda recently confirmed that she will be joining ‘It’s Showtime’ as a semi-regular host.
