The Araneta Coliseum erupted in cheers on Sunday, August 10, after Kapuso actor Will Ashley said he is open to reuniting with Kapamilya actress Bianca de Vera as a love team.
The moment happened during ‘The Big Collove’ concert of ‘Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition’ alumni, when host Bianca Gonzalez read a fan question: “Are you open, Will, to work with Bianca de Vera as a love team again? Yes or no?”
Ashley paused as the crowd—filled with “WillCa” shippers—roared in excitement before giving his answer:
“Ako po, siyempre looking forward po ako na mangyari, so yes.”
He even took the opportunity to address the executives of their respective networks, saying: “To our bosses, Ms. Annette [Gozon-Valdes], Ma’am Cory [Vidanes], and Direk Lauren [Dyogi], hello po.”
Ashley and de Vera first worked together in 2023 in ‘Unbreak My Heart’, the first ABS-CBN and GMA Network collaborative drama series, where they played Jerry and Gwen—friends who eventually fell in love. Their on-screen chemistry carried over to the PBB house, where Ashley once candidly expressed his regret over their faded friendship.
During the concert, Ashley and de Vera treated fans to a heartfelt duet of Morissette’s ‘Akin Ka Na Lang’. Bianca later joined fellow ‘PBB’ alum Dustin Yu onstage, with the trio sharing playful and “kilig” moments that had the crowd screaming—especially when Will and Dustin sang ‘Palagi’ to Bianca, who responded with ‘Sana Dalawa Ang Puso Ko’.
