Former dancer and TV personality RR Enriquez drew attention online after making a blunt remark about Kapuso actress Sanya Lopez’s appearance.
In an Instagram story, Enriquez shared a recent photo of Lopez with the caption: “Sanya, utang na loob. Ipaulit mo ang nose mo. Hindi pantay. Hindi ‘yan panlalait. Concern ako. Nakakainis ‘yung doktor mo. Nilaro ka.”
Enriquez added that Lopez’s looks have noticeably changed: “Nagbago talaga ang looks niya.”
The post quickly stirred discussion among netizens. Some agreed that Lopez’s nose appeared different in recent photos, while others criticized Enriquez for her unsolicited advice.

Lopez, who has long been the subject of speculation about cosmetic enhancements, previously clarified in an interview that she has never undergone cosmetic surgery or breast augmentation — only dental work.

She also defended celebrities who choose to have procedures, saying there’s nothing wrong with enhancing one’s looks if it helps their confidence.
As of this writing, Sanya Lopez has not issued any response to Enriquez’s remarks.
